How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for small events and 2–3 months for large events like weddings.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes — tastings are available for events of 50+ guests. Contact us to schedule.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We can design menus around gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and other dietary needs.
Do you travel outside of Knoxville?
We serve the greater Knoxville metro area. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 30 miles.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The remainder is due 7 days before your event.
